Women in Nature is designed to give women opportunities to enjoy the outdoors in a fun and safe environment. We also provide an avenue for lifetime activity which benefits physical and emotional health.

“I didn't get it before WIN. I have not always been a "girly" girl. That being the case, most of my friends and acquaintances have been men. When I was first approached about WIN, I wasn't sure I wanted to be involved in an all girl event. I've often affiliated all girls events to "men bashing" occasions, so I was very hesitant to go, not knowing what to expect. However, between my desire to teach digital photography and my husband's nudging to teach, I went. Boy! was I surprised! I get "it" now. Women share a bond with each other, be it kids, husbands, relationships, careers; whatever the differences are there is still one thing we all share: womanhood. Having other women to be around and share experiences with was an amazing transformation for me. Being around other women who face the same challenges I did was great. The environment at WIN was that of sharing, learning, and encouraging one another. It wasn't about being "anti-male" but, rather, "pro-female", if that makes any sense. For any woman out there not knowing if an "all-girl" learning experience is right for her, I'd say give it a try, you might be pleasantly surprised! I know I was.”

Naturally Fit
Naturally Fit is a new component of WIN. It is a health program (separate from the WIN activities) that does have an associated fee. It is for women and children who lack confidence in their physical fitness abilities or who are not yet physically active enough to enjoy the great outdoors without great discomfort. Naturally Fit gets people ready to enjoy living!
This health plan will have associated costs and each plan of progression will be individualized. Each person is strongly encouraged to speak with their physician before entering. If interested, please write using the e-mail address under contact us.
