Fitness How Nature Intended It—Nordic Walking for Physical and Emotional Health
For women who want to get fit without worrying about body image, clothing, or critics, this program is for you. W.I.N. provides a service that helps women walk themselves into a better attitude and healthier, lifelong lifestyle. There are 3 fitness levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

3rd Annual Outdoor Extravaganza
Learn to fly fish, outdoor survival, outdoor photography, archery, landscape art, and much more.
Fees include meals, instruction, equipment (except camera and tent), materials, and all camping fees.
Campfire singing and dessert.
This year the outdoor extravaganza will be held at Albion Campus Grove
